This 24 unit strata property was neglected for many yeas – meaning all bushes were overgrown with years of leaves under shrubs and all gardens were filled with horrible bark mulch ! When the strata hired us to save their place we first started by pruning everywhere and cleaning under bushes but also did a test on a few area feature gardens we scraped out bark mulch and filled with our secret blend of Kelp , manure , high in nitrogen and nutrients ! This feature garden all sthrubs were shrivelled up , yellow in colour and sad / This picture is one year after ! Surprise all shrubs are green and double the size filled with soft luscious leaves ! It worked and so now in the spring we will work on the whole property !
