Elite Landscaping has provided excellent service to our strata in Brentwood Bay for the almost two years. Throughout that time Tina has not only worked hard to maintain our property in terms of mowing lawns, weeding, pruning shrubs and trees, and removing debris but she has provided us with excellent suggestions as to proper plant materials for specific areas. She is also a real team player and is very open to feedback and suggestions. As the one responsible for the gardening program in our strata, I have appreciated her weekly communication with me whether by phone, text, or email to keep me informed of when she is coming and what she intends to work on. She is very quick to follow up on requests and this has been very much appreciated by our residents. I have also used Elite to build a patio from paving stones to match my existing pathway, and Tina was key in coordinating the work with her husband Jorge doing the construction. Tina has also taken on special projects for individual owners and she has developed some very creative designs.  Tina and Jorge show an obvious pride in their work which is appreciated.
